Our experience was overshadowed by issues with the room. The bed was uncomfortable, feeling like it had sunk in the middle, which made sleeping nearly impossible. When we raised our concerns, the staff offered little help and seemed indifferent to our discomfort, leaving us feeling neglected.

The pool is painfully small!!! The bathroom lacks a vent. A more transparent deposit policy would prevent unwarranted surprises!!! Vacuuming should be a priority for housekeeping!!!

my stay at this holiday inn was better than my last one in tinley park. the indoor pool was fantastic and perfect for unwinding. i loved the variety of food options nearby that made dining a breeze.

I stayed in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 2 nights. Beds were super comfy, and the room was really clean. Loved the amenities, especially the big TV and labeled pillows. Overall, it felt fresh and modern. Only downside was it could have used a little more room space.

I really enjoyed my stay with the kids, especially with the indoor pool and the delicious breakfast options. Relaxing by the pool in the evenings was a highlight for us! The only bummer was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin the fun. 😊

I loved the convenience of being so close to willowbrook wildlife preserve, perfect for leisurely strolls, and the variety of dining options nearby made exploring food spots a delight during my stay. while the indoor pool was a great way to unwind, the restaurant could have offered more breakfast choices.
